I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Officejet 3830 takes 901, Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

May I know if you have changed the region or printer was purchased from where?

 

 Since when are you facing this issue?

Have you made any changes post that this issue was raised? 

Do you see any lights blinking on the control panel of the printer?

Have you observed any error codes on the display?
