HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e All-in-One Printer

My printer continues to say Printer Head missing.  I have reset the printer as recommended.  I have taken out and replaced and use HP cartridges but it still is an issue.  Can anyone help get resolved?  I own 3 of these models and this is the only 1 that has issues.

Hello,

I received your response  and researched purchasing a new PrintHead but the cost of replacing on your website is more expensive than purchasing a brand new same model printer on Amazon.

However, in trying to trouble shoot this myself I swapped out a printhead from one of my other printers.  The  printer that didn't have issues I placed the "bad" print head and the printer still works fine.  The printer that was having issues I installed the printhead (that had no issues) from the working printer and still provides the same error.  This means it is not a matter of a new PrintHead it is something else.  Any thoughts are appreciated.

Thank you.
