Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 9018 All-in-One Printer

I just inherited a 9018 inkjet that sat for a year or so. I installed new HP ink & made sure all the settings said "color"- grayscale is not on.

It still won't print in color. I tired the alignment page & no color so no alignment.

please help
