902 XL black cartridge went empty, refilled with spare cartridge, received error message.  Tried unsuccessfully many attempts to remove and reinstall.  Purchased replacement cartridge today and was told that there was a recall on this cartridge.  Expiration date is 11/20/2020 on this defective cartridge.  I just spent $50 on a cartridge.  I would like a replacement cartridge.  Please assist with options or next steps.  thanks
