Bought mine at Staples also with a Warranty. I think HP should make us whole on an exchange or give us our money back. My company buys lots of HP computers so I will make sure to ask them to never order anymore HP products. I am sure Epson or Brother would love to have our business.

Remarkably, Office Depot agreed to take my HP printer back and refund my money! They're sending a truck for it on the 29th. I can't believe it! Ordered an Epson with refillable ink tanks instead of cartridge models. Can't wait to get it. Goodbye HP forever.

Hi people HP banned Pitt495 from this post because he wasn't in agreement with HP nonsense
So now i'm speaking for him
We need to start a class action lawsuit, HP is still selling printers knowingly there's no ink available to run printers

I agree. I've spent hours on chats, telephone calls, etc. I ended up signing up for my "free" 8 months of ink, which they are not honoring. I didn't receive a coupon from staples.com with my printer that I could find. I was told by HP the only promo they knew about was 1 month free. I have the staples invoice showing the printer came with 8 months free ink, but no way of getting it. So now that I've signed up for the instant ink, it says my ink cartridges are "on the way". If they are on the way, that means they are available and being withheld from the public to force us into the instant ink program. I would NEVER have purchased 3 of these printers for my small business if I'd known I was REQUIRED to purchase ink this way, without exception. I would love my money back to get different printers. But in all my chat conversations and telephone conversations, they don't agree with me.
