I like thousands of others have been abused by Hp for allowing ink cartridges to be built by a cheap Malaysian company. I went to Office Depot a month ago and was told about the recall. I went home and spent over an hour Truro talk to a human. Finally got someone in another country who explained the problem. They then took my credit card and ordered some ink for me. I asked how long will it take to get this ink. Answer- I don’t know. Well, it’s been a month .I hope HP is enjoying my money. Office Depot told me HP just wants you to buy another printer. If I don’t get the ink tomorrow I will buy anther HP printer which has the longest return and then return it.
