Hello,
I have the Hp office jet pro 8025e which takes 910, 910xl, or 916xl from the USA. However we now live in Germany and I can only find 912 and 912xl ink. Is it possible to use 912 or change my printer to accept 912 ink so I dont have to wait weeks for the 910 to ship from the states?

HI @Jjoh1922,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
The HP OfficeJet Pro 8025e All-in-One Printer utilizes different ink cartridges depending on the region. In the United States, the printer uses HP 910, 910XL, or 916XL cartridges. However, in Europe (including Germany), the compatible cartridges are HP 912 and 912XL.
Unfortunately, HP printers are designed to accept specific ink cartridges that match the region's codes. Therefore, switching your printer to accept HP 912 or 912XL cartridges without changing the regional settings is not possible. Ink cartridges are encoded for specific regions, and using cartridges not intended for your printer's current regional settings may lead to compatibility issues.
I'll be happy to help you out if you would like to proceed with the regional reset.
