I purchased the Officejet Pro 8028 approx. 1 year ago, its warranty expired 2 days ago.

I have been trying to purchase the 910XL cartridges in all 3 colors for the last month &

can not find them anywhere. 

Any advise on where I can purchase them would be appreciated.

We’re sorry that you are unable to order. We have resolved a recent manufacturing issue and are working to replenish these cartridges as quickly as possible. and should be available soon.

Lack of Magenta and Cyan 910 color replacement cartridges for the last couple of months has now made my printer inoperable.

I have been printing in black only mode for over a month since these color cartridges were not available.  This morning the printer shows a "Low on ink" error message that can not be cleared.  Black cartridge was replaced, and remote access confirmed insertion of new cartridge.  All other ink levels are 'low' or 'used'.  Printer was used successfully yesterday.  All print cartridges were re-seated this morning.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Yes, there is an issue with the new lot of HP 910 Cyan/Yellow Cyan and Yellow ink cartridges and they were recalled. If the Cartridge was manufactured in Malaysia and the Warranty End Date is between April 1st, 2022 and September 18th, 2022, please do not use this ink cartridge.

 

Reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the replacement options for the ink cartridge or to check its availability. 

You may create a case on the website to obtain a case number if required. Kindly watch this video to know how.
