HP Recommended

When I look up the ink for my 9125e and 9135e printer on HPs website it shows 936 as the correct ink not 912. My printer shipped with 936 ink and the new ink I have purchased will not fit into my 9125e or 9135e printers. I have 300$ Worth of new ink I cannot use. I purchased it based on the information provided by HP on their website and on the ink that the printer was shipped with.the cartridges are physically different were the chip is located and will not lock into place in the printer.

So you have purchased HP 936 ink, and you can't install?
