Installed a new set of HP 951 cartridges and got a message that the cyan cartridge was damaged. Bought a new set of cartridges and got the same message. Cannot get any support from HP. Printer worked fine before the new cartridges were installed. How do I fix this issue or get my money back for the cartridges?
