Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 Wide Format All-in-One Printer
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I’ve been trying to solve a problem for ages. 
I bought my OfficeJet Pro 7740 in the US, but subsequently moved to the UK. 
In the US I used 952xl cartridges, but here in the UK they cost £150+ each. I read that these printers use 953xl cartridges here which cost around £45 each. 
I’ve asked for a conversion process & get support folks sending me a private message asking me for some info, but none of the screen captures they send match the HP Smart layout I see on my Mac.

If I don’t respond immediately they ten close the ticket & I have to start all over again with a new support agent. 
I’m now on my last set of 952 cartridges & if I can’t run the conversion soon the printer will become useless. Is there anyone who can help that has the patience to wait for a few days for me to get back to them and solve this issue?
