Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

952C, Win 10, connected via USB. Black prints fine, color very poor (just some dots). I installed HP Smart so I could clean the cartridges (per a support article), but HP Smart can't find the printer. This computer has no other HP software installed so I'm stuck.

Remove color ink cartridge and clean it manually

I don't have the HP Toolbox, HP Smart can't find the printer, and the instructions for cleaning the cartridges from the Front Panel didn't work (nothing printed). However, I did find a way to clean the cartridges (can't remember how) but that didn't fix the color printing problem. I haven't tried the "remove cartridges" method; I don't yet have distilled water. But the printing problem doesn't look like the example above those instructions.

After I cleaned the cartridges (not manually; see above), I posted another message here with a printed-page example.

Your cyan is empty or totally dried, replace the colour ink cartridge with the new one and you will print colours again normally.
