I tried to replace my 952XL yellow cartridge with a new one from HP. The new cartridge will not fit into the slot. I looked at the cartridge and it is different than the old one. I purchased another one thinking it was defective. Now I have two 952XL yellow cartridges that will not fit into the printer. The new cyan 952XL cartridge fits but not the yellow.

 

How do I get my printer to print when genuine HP cartridges do not physically fit into my printer? Does HP have any 952XL cartridges that fit in my 8600 printer?
