Hello!
I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 series. This printer originally used 962 ink cartridges. I purchased over a dozen 963 replacement ink cartridges before realizing these would not work with my printer due to region restrictions. I am unable to get a refund for these cartridges so will have wasted $400+. I would like to do a Region Reset for HP OfficeJet Pro 9020 series to use HP 963 cartridges instead of HP 962. I have seen several posts from other users that have requested this and have gotten a response with instructions from HP admins, so I know it's possible. Thanks in advance for the help!

I will be more than happy to help you out here.
To perform a printer region reset you need to meet the following conditions:
1. The printer should be connected using a printer USB cable to the computer.
2. You need to have the printer full feature software installed on your computer.
3. You need to have all the cartridges either from the region/country from where the printer was purchased originally or the new region/country to which you want to reset it to.
4. Make sure HP Smart App is installed too.
