How do I get a HP 962XL cartridge replaced that is faulty? I bought this yellow cartridge yesterday and it worked until today. I have tried restarting the printer, updating the printer, cleaning the printer and cartridge and reinstalling the cartridge. Nothing worked. I went and bought another 962 cartridge that is not an XL and it is working perfectly.
