moved and printer was inactive for over 9 months.  printer was printing blank.  replaced all carts.  and not printer is printing the black but no color.   Have done basic and extended print head cleaning with no change in color output.

suspect caked ink but not sure of process to remove internal clog.

correction on the printer modle it is a 6968 multi function printer
