I bought a new HP 910XL black ink cartridge several months ago through Amazon and just installed it. HP# 3YL65A, dated 12/1/2022. The printer says it is either incorrectly installed or missing. It's neither. The old cartridge does not have that error message. I have since ordered a new one and it works. The electronic connection area looks defective. How do I get this cartridge replaced? Thanks.

I contacted Amazon and was told to deal directly with the manufacturer. But the complaint page said they couldn't help me. All I can find for support is the virtual agent, which isn't what I need. No real chat? Doesn't HP stand behind it's products?

Hi,

Please go to HP Printer Support so we can help you get your replacement supplies quickly, be sure to provide your printer details and then the ink cartridges details as requested:

You are missing the point. I don't need to order a new cartridge. I need to have the one I paid for that does not work replaced. How do I do that?
