A brand new HP 62 cartridge does not seem to install properly into HP Envy 7640 printer.

Please provide more details of the issue you are seeing.  Does the cartridge fit but does not print properly?  Does the cartridge not snap into place?  Is the issue with the black or color cartridge? Is the cartridge standard or XL?  Are the cartridges HP or third party?  Are there any error messaages?
