A new black "62" ink cartridge for my HP 7640 printer would not function in my printer. I received continuous alerts that it was not installed properly and to re-install. However, the tri-color ink cartridge that came in the 2-pack box did function properly. How can I get a replacement for the dysfunctional cartridge?
