Product: HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium e-All-in-One - N911n
After inserting a new Cyan ink cartridge into an HP Officejet Pro 8600 Premium a message appeared. "Pringter Failure - There is a problem. with the printer or ink system. Turn printer off, then on. If problem persists, contact HP." I followed instructions and then I thought the cartridge was damaged so I turned it in to the store and received a replacement. Same problem and message.
