I purchased two 67 XL black ink cartridges from Office Depot in March.  The first one worked fine.  Just opened up the second one Tuesday, yesterday, and installed it and immediately got a notice that there was a cartridge ERROR.  After doing a reset procedures still the ERROR code showed up.  Went to the Office Depot today, Wednesday, and they told me that since I opened the box they could not help me plus the fact that I purchased the cartridge in March and today is May 23, 2024.  I might note that the other one  worked just fine.  I do have to ask HOW WOULD I KNOW THE INK CARTRIDGE WOULD NOT WORK WITHOUT OPENING THE BOX AND INSTALLING IT INTO MY PRINTER?

Today I had to purchase a new 67 XL ink cartridge.  Once I installed this new cartridge and reset the printer all is well.  All I am requesting is a replacement 67 XL ink cartridge that works. Thanks!
