Product: HP Deskjet 2721 Printer
Hi Team,
Could you please help clarify the following point:
- For HP Desk Jet 2721 printer, is it mandatory to fill the inks for both the cartridges (black & Color) at the same time ? because in my case, the printer was not working to print on the paper when one cartridge is empty.
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
It is not mandatory to have both ink cartridges ready, however if any ink cartridge is empty you need to remove it from the printer and use reserve mode if not replacing it with a new cartridge.
Keeping such an empty cartridge installed will prevent printing or cause print quality problems so you would just need to remove it and close the door to resume printing.
