HP Deskjet Plus 4130
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I am having an issue when trying to print in A5 or A6 format.

I am using Word and Window's 10. When using another printer these print off perfectly. However, with this printer (which is brand new, fully up to date with software, firmware and all relevant updates) the bottom right hand side of my pages are being cropped out by the printer and the printed filed is being altered when in the Print Preview Mode.

The page size on word correlates with the print size / page size on the printer and even still I am having the same issue.

I have tried to convert it to PDF and save separately to see if this would resolve the issues, and even when doing this is is shrinking my printed field and putting it off centre.

I am not sure what else to do, so I would appreciate any help or advice. I am not technical minded so I apologise if this is a long way of explaining an issue.

The attached pictures show the full image that prints out from other printers, the one printed directly as an A5 document from word where the bottom right hand side of the image is copped out and the copy of this printed off from PDF format that is reduced in size and printed off centre. IMG_3418.jpgIMG_3413.jpgIMG_3412.jpg

This printer requires a larger bottom margin for printing.

Print Margin Bottom (A4)12.7 mm
Print Margin Left (A4)3 mm
Print Margin Right (A4)3 mm
Print Margin Top (A4)3 mm

The printer does not support Borderless printing - so no solution there.

If you want to use this printer, you'll have to set all the margins to .5 inches to prevent loss of the content at the bottom.

If you can stand to do it to save the print job, it is easy to set the margins in Word.

Layout > Margins > Narrow
