Product: HP Smart Tank Plus 651 Wireless All-in-One

I took my printer to Best Buy's Geek Squad today and one of the people believed that the reservoir containing the black ink may be clogged and suggested that I clean the printhead with a q-tip to remove the clog. How can I gain access to the printhead in order to do this?

 

I am asking because I learned that when the front of the printer is open, the printheads move to the center when they are clogged, allowing for easy access. However, when I opened my printer, the printheads didn't move to the center, and therefore, I am unable to remove them.
