After I changed my black cartridge, my color printing isn't working.  I've cleaned both print cartridges with a Q tip and water. I changed both black and color print cartridges and still the same issue.  It's only printing in pink.  Also weird, the new color print cartridge isn't showing full, but the black one is. I did the cleaning process on the printer also, but nothing changed.  The only black is printing just fine.  Not sure what to try next.

I uninstalled the printer software and driver and reinstalled again.  It's still printing pink all over the page.  Same as before.
