After changing new color toner then can't print out with color. But test print, Clean print head and align print head can print out color page. Just when want to print documents only show black and white.

Hi @AK-Ng
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for posting your query! We're here to help you get back up and running.
It seems like your HP DeskJet Ink Advantage Ultra 4729 printer is experiencing a color printing issue specifically when printing documents, despite successful test prints and printhead cleaning.
Here are some steps to troubleshoot and resolve the problem:
1. Verify Printer Settings
- Check Color Mode:
- On your computer, go to the printer settings or preferences.
- Ensure that "Print in Grayscale" or "Black & White" is not selected.
- Set the color mode to "Color."
- Application Settings:
- If you're printing from a specific application (e.g., Word, PDF viewer), check the print settings within the application to ensure color printing is enabled.
2. Reinstall Printer Drivers
- Steps:
- Uninstall the current printer driver:
- Go to "Control Panel" > "Programs and Features."
- Select your HP printer and click "Uninstall."
- Download the latest driver from the HP Support website.
- Install the driver and restart your computer.
- Uninstall the current printer driver:
3. Perform a Deep Printhead Cleaning
- Steps:
- On the printer's control panel, go to Setup > Printer Maintenance > Clean Printhead.
- Run the cleaning cycle multiple times (up to 3 times) to clear any blockages.
- Print another test page to check for improvement.
4. Update Printer Firmware
- Visit the HP Support website and check for firmware updates for your printer model.
- Download and install the updates to ensure compatibility and improved performance.
5. Reset Printer Settings
- Steps:
- On the printer's control panel, go to Setup > Printer Maintenance > Restore Factory Defaults.
- Reconfigure the printer settings after the reset.
6. Test with Different Documents
- Try printing different types of documents (e.g., Word, Excel, PDF) to see if the issue persists across all formats.
