Operating System: Microsoft Windows 8.1 (32-bit)

After refilling the ink into the colour and black tank, printer is printing white page only.  Printer head is moving but in actual nothing is getting printed.  Please help

@Sitesh_Mishra, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Are you using HP ink?

Try making a standalone copy in black and color to check if that works. By this, we can conclude if this is a hardware or a driver issue.

Make sure the ink is refilled correctly. Refer to - Refilling Ink Tanks

 

Also, perform the steps mentioned in this document - Color or Black Ink Not Printing; Other Print Quality Issues

Clean the printhead up to 2 times and print a diagnostics page as mentioned.
