Product: HP ENVY 6455e All-in-One Printer

Because the ink was low I changed and replaced the ink in my printer but this did not work, they said it did not print because the ink didn't fit. The ink HP sent to me is bigger than the ink I used. I don't know why. And the different names on this ink they send to me.
