Product: DeskJet 3755
Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

I was having alignment issues on my printer and so I ran the tool to align the printheads and the tool gives me options 1-5 for each letter to choose on my printout for best aligned, but I need 1-17 options. In every case the "best" aligned number was not an option from the dropdown window. So I can't get my printheads aligned.

I cannot print.  The message I get when I try says "printhead appears to be missing, not detected or incorrectly installed. "

What is a Printhead? I have never experience this issue/received this issue before.  I do not know what to do.

I have tried take each cartridge out and reinstalling each. This does not resolve the issue.
