Product: HP Officejet 4635 e-All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Okay I was printing and it was fine but then my color cartridge ran out. I placed a new color and black cartridge. When trying to print out the alignment paper it doesn’t print out correctly. Also when placing it on the scanner as instructed it says ‘failure to align’. Now it won’t print black and/or color anymore! Help what do I do? I followed all the instructions on the HP support web site and still nothing.
