Is there a way to align the Ink Cartridges in HP Deskjet F4180 All-In-One printer without installing new ink cartridges? If so, how would I do that? I think my ink cartridges need alignment, but would rather not install new ink cartridges. Its Windows 10 on my computer. Thank You for any help!!

Welcome to the HP suport community.
I understand that you want to align the printer, I am glad to assist you.
Are you getting alignment issues while printing?
Meanwhile:-
You need cartridges to align the printer, there are no options to align the printer without the cartridges.
Align the print cartridges from the HP Photosmart Software
1. Load letter or A4 unused plain white paper into the input tray.
2. In the HP Solution Center, click Settings, point to Print Settings and then click Printer Toolbox. NOTE: You can also open the Printer Toolbox from the Print Properties dialog box. In the Print Properties dialog box, click the Services tab, and then click Service this device. The Printer Toolbox appears.
3. Click the Device Services tab.
4. Click Align the Print Cartridges. The HP All-in-One prints a print cartridge alignment sheet.
5. Load the print cartridge alignment sheet print side down on the left front corner of the glass.
6. Press the Scan button. The HP All-in-One aligns with the print cartridges. Recycle or discard the print cartridge alignment sheet.

Thank You for the reply to my question!!
I should clarify that there are already ink cartridges in the printer. I just didn't want to replace them with new cartridges since they still have ink in them just to do an alignment.
I'll try the instructions you provided and get back to you.
Thanks again for the help!
