Hi @Natalienz
Welcome to the HP support community.
I understand you're experiencing an issue with your HP device, and I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. I'm here to help you today.
here are some troubleshooting steps you can take:
1. Check Cartridge Installation:
- Ensure that the ink cartridges are installed correctly and securely. Remove and reinstall them to make sure they’re seated properly.
2. Clean the Printhead:
- Sometimes, clogged printheads can cause alignment errors and printing issues. You can clean the printhead through the printer's maintenance menu:
- On the control panel, go to Setup > Printer Maintenance > Clean Printhead.
3. Perform an Alignment:
- After cleaning the printhead, try to realign the printer:
- Navigate to Setup > Printer Maintenance > Align Printer.
4. Check Ink Levels:
- Make sure that the ink cartridges are not empty or low on ink. If the blue cartridge is low, it may need to be replaced.
5. Print a Test Page:
- Try printing a test page to see if the issue persists. You can usually find this option under Setup > Print Quality Report.
6. Reset the Printer:
- Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for 60 seconds, then plug it back in and turn it on.
7. Update Printer Firmware:
- Check for firmware updates on the HP Support website and install any available updates.

I hope this helps! Keep me posted.

Thank you for all of that information
I have done everything that you have said and I am about to throw this printer away I am so frustrated.
I have just brought it and cannot print anything as there is no blue or greens coming through at all everything is damb pink. Waste of money and time I now have to pay for someone to print for me
