I am setting up my printer again after storing it for 7 months during a huge move. We had some connection problems wirelessly, but the printer is now connected via USB to my desktop. However, now we have another problem. The printer does not print all of any of the error/problem solve pages and is showing up an alignment problem in the app. When I click to print the alignment page, only the verticle lines (and not the identifiers/letters) print for line A. Only the horizontal lines for line B. And lines C, E,F, G, H, I, K, and L are missing entirely. The ink is near full for both cartridges, and I've cleaned the print heads best it will clean. I am getting a weak looking print though, like the ink is low but it says the levels are over half full. I'm at a loss as to what to do here. I can't align the page without the lines printing, and I can't print without solving the alignment error. *Update: Just printed a Demo Page from the app, and of course it comes out near perfectly. *Update 2: However the error pages/ trouble shooting pages do not. Problem persists.
