Title pretty much says it all, did the 2nd level of cartridge cleaning as well. The weirdest part is I looked up the warranty info, and it said the item was exchanged, please enter the new printer's information. How the heck was it exchanged if it's sitting in my office right now?!
I also did the clean w/cotton swab thing on the color cartridge (didn't with the black one because it's brand new), that didn't help either. I'm going to buy a new printer soon (hate to do it, but I've had numerous problems with this piece of junk with wireless connection, print jobs getting stuck, etc.), but in the meantime I would like to get this thing to work for the short term. Thanks in advance for any guidance.

If you have already performed the steps from the document Black or Color Ink Not Printing, Other Print Quality Issues and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.
Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
