Hello, my printer has been working for a while, and then suddenly it starts creating like a shadowy offset of whats already been printed at the bottom of each page. It doesn't seem to matter which OS I'm using.
Please see image.

Actions I've already tried:

* Clean the printer as per your support pages suggest.

* Factory reset.

What could be the cause of the problem and how do I fix it?

Thanks for trying to help, however i followed your first document already and it did not help.

Upgrading the firmware instructions are grossly outdated and doesnt correspond with the options avialable in either the app or in the printers webpage.

Only after using some intuition i figured out how to access the printers web page and guess the password to enter the webpage and be able to perform a firmware upgrade. However, the printer already had the latest firmware installed. I tried to see if i could find an older firmware and perform a rollback, but your website only supplied the latest firmware so im firmly stuck.

I would appreciate if you:

1. updated your documentation so that it correspons with the options on the app and the web interface.

2. Supplied all firmware history in the support page, not just the latest one.

3. Give me another solution.
