I bought new 9non HP) cartridges online, and when I install them I get an error stating the indicated cartridges have been identified as altered or cloned. How can I bypass this and allow the cartridges that I bought to be used?

Hi @Mikeydub03
You purchased an HP+ printer, this printer cannot use third party cartridges, they must be original HP cartridges.. You could buy a model that does not belong to the HP+ “e” series.
