My printer  is 4675, and my ink is 652 which is not available sometimes in my country or expensive. And i want to ask what are the available or alternative ink can i buy.

Here’s a clear response you can share with them:

 

For your HP DeskJet 4675, the only cartridges we fully support and recommend are original HP 652 ink cartridges. These have been specifically designed, tested, and certified to work safely and reliably with your printer.

Using non-HP or third-party ink cartridges can lead to:

Poor print quality
Third-party inks may print with streaks, incorrect colors, or inconsistent density compared to original HP.

Printer damage or malfunctions
Non-HP cartridges may leak or clog the printhead, which can cause hardware issues that HP cannot cover under warranty or support.

Incorrect ink monitoring
Aftermarket cartridges may not communicate ink levels accurately, leading to unexpected printing stops or errors.

For these reasons, we cannot guarantee safety or performance when non-HP ink cartridges are used, and we do not support third-party inks in this printer.

Please use HP 652 original cartridges to ensure the best results and continued support for your printer.
