HP PageWide Pro 477dw Multifunction Printer

For weeks I was using compatible ink for my printer now it’s saying that it’s not authentic and won’t let me print anymore. Is there anyway I can change it so it prints again? Also where I purchased the ink said it was compatible. Very frustrating as it was working for several months and now it won’t print. Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello RajAmrit;

 

Keep in mind that we strongly recommend to use original HP cartridges only. For your particular model you have to also make sure the cartridges are not empty and also not expired, as the liquid inside of the cartridges (ink) has an expiration date. 

 

If that does not resolve the issue you can take your printer to a certified repair center for further investigation.
