I have had such a terrible experience with this printer. I still haven't figured out how to get it to print on clear labels. My main issue, though, is I bought some 3rd party toners last year because I know the HP toners are expensive and I didn't know how quickly I'd be running out of toner. I just tried to change the black toner and I got a "non-HP toner" error which is essentially blocking me from printing. Is there any way around this error or is there a way to refill my toner for a price cheaper than what it costs to purchase new toner? I am truly at my wits' end with this thing!

@KnownasJ, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding cartridge issue!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
HP doesn't recommend using third-party ink cartridges because they can cause problems with your printer. These cartridges may not work as well as the original HP ones, leading to poor print quality or even damage to your printer. The printer and the ink are designed to work together, so using third-party ink can cause long-term issues, like damaging the printhead or other parts. If cost is an issue, HP offers affordable options like the Instant Ink program, which helps you save money while still using HP-approved ink.
