I am appalled at the recent HP price increases. A 50% uplift on my  £1.99 package to £2.99 cannot be justified even with the current levels of inflation. Adjacent packages do not seem to have suffered the same level of increase and are not suited to my use. There has been a considerable level of criticism against HP but it is falling on deaf ears. Reduce the cost of your most popular package to similar levels of increase imposed on others (say no more than 25%) and maybe customers would not be so antagonistic.
