THE BLACK CARTRIDGE IS FULL AND I DO NOT HAVE A TRI-COLOR CARTRIDGE IN. NOTHING IS PRINTING IN BLACK - PAGE COMES OUT BLANK.

Don't worry as I'll be glad to help, to provide an accurate resolution, I need a few more details:
- Are you able to print from other devices?
- Are you getting any error messages or codes?
- Are you able to make copies from the printer?
- Are you printing from your phone or computer?
Printers that use two cartridges (one black, one tri-colour) can print if one cartridge is empty.
To continue printing, remove the empty cartridge from the printer. If a Single-cartridge mode message displays, select OK.
