I HAVE A HP OFFICE JET PRO 6978 THAT HAS BEGUN RECENTLY TO NOT PRINT COLORS CORRECTLY.... FOR EXAMPLE BLACK TEXT APPEARS RED, BLUE APPEARS RED, PICTURES HAVE A YELLOW TINT IN BACKGROUND.  I REPLACED CARTRIDGES, CLEANED PRINT HEAD, ETC.  ANY IDEAS?
