First had the issue with bad 902 Cyan cartridge. Brand new HP cart would give defective/incompatible error. Worked with support to get a replacement cartridge. They only sent 1 cartridge after telling them multiple times that I had a few that needed to be replaced since we buy a few to stock up, but I digress. Replaced the cartridge and while the original error is now gone the printer will not print cyan at all. I have tried cleaning the printheads multiple times and still no luck. So now my printer is unusable. Reading the forums, this sounds like a problem multiple people have had after the 902 ink error. Sounds like HP's own ink bricked the machine. I'm hoping I can get a replacement printer at this point.

@JB6364, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
I understand the printer is not printing cyan. I appreciate your efforts in trying to resolve this issue by performing the necessary troubleshooting steps.
Make sure you have tried the steps mentioned in this document - No black ink, wrong colors, other print quality issues
If the issue persists, I'm afraid this is an issue with the printhead of the printer. Please reach out to the HP Technical Support team in your region regarding the service/replacement options for your printer.
