HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP OfficeJet Pro 9018e All-in-One and its been working fine.   The black ran out and I replaced it with the exact model number last used in the printer - 962XL Black - and it won't work.   I did all the recommendations under clearing ink problem like reinstalling,   Unplugging for 60 seconds and rebooting printer, trying to clean electric contacts all with no success.    I then bought and installed another 962XL black cartridge and its working fine again.     I would like to find out how to get a replacement cartridge for the one that doesn't work.   The expiration date on the cartridge it August, 2025.  Looking at the website, I didn't find an answer.   HELP!

Thanks!
