@Kafi_Khan, Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding poor print quality!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

It looks like you're experiencing poor print quality, making your documents unreadable. No worries, let's troubleshoot the issue step by step:

1. Check the Paper & Print Settings:

  • Ensure you are using the correct paper type for your printer.
  • Go to Printer Properties on your computer and verify that the print quality is set to "Best" or "Normal" instead of "Draft."

2. Clean the Printhead:

  • If you're using an inkjet printer, run the Printhead Cleaning tool from the printer settings.
  • If it's a laser printer, check for any toner smudging or low toner levels.

3. Check Ink/Toner Levels:

  • Low ink or toner can cause faded prints. Replace any empty or low cartridges.

4. Align the Printhead:

  • Go to Printer Settings and run the Alignment Tool to ensure proper ink distribution.

5. Perform a Test Print:

  • Try printing a diagnostic page or a test page from the printer settings. If the print quality is still poor, you may need to replace the ink cartridges or toner.

To assist you better, could you provide the following details?

  • Printer model (e.g., HP DeskJet, HP LaserJet, etc.)
  • Connection type (USB, Wi-Fi, or Ethernet)
  • Operating System (Windows, macOS, etc.)
  • Any error messages displayed on the printer screen or computer?

Let me know, and we’ll get this fixed! 😊

Take care, and have an amazing day!
