Hi  @Suzyq48,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

I understand how  it must be when your printer seems to be working fine, yet the barcodes aren’t being accepted at the InPost lockers.

Could you kindly share the below details :

The HP printer model you’re using

Whether the barcodes look clear and sharp when printed

If you’ve tried scanning them at more than one locker

A few quick checks can often resolve barcode scanning issues:

  1.  Print size & scaling: Ensure the barcode is printed at 100% scale (no “fit to page” or resizing).
  2.  Paper type: Use plain white paper, as glossy or colored paper can interfere with scanners.
  3.  Print quality: Try selecting “Best” or “High Quality” mode in your printer settings.
  4.  Contrast: Barcodes need sharp black lines sometimes cleaning the print heads helps if the ink is slightly smudged.
  5.  Flat surface: Make sure the paper isn’t wrinkled or folded where the barcode is printed.

I hope this helps.

I'm an HP Employee.
