Hi, I have been given the runaround by HP regarding 910 colored ink.  I would have never bought HP Office Jet Pro 8020 Series if I had known this. I needed a new printer that was compatible with a MAC. HP customer service is unreliable. The first time I was informed there was a known issue and they would have new ink out shortly and the second time I called was told that is not the case. I do not want to spend over $130 for a 3 pack from an unknown source. My printer is now out of warranty. If anyone has any ideas or knows of anything, I would appreciate any feedback. Thank you.
