I've got an HP OfficeJet 8022e, and it's giving me these big streaks in the lower right hand side. I tried cleaning and aligning, and it improved a little, but didn't fix.

Hi @CarlDenham,
Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
I understand your HP OfficeJet 8022e is printing with big streaks on the lower right-hand side, and cleaning and aligning improved it only slightly. Let’s go through a few steps to address this.
Check Paper Quality & Type
Make sure you’re using clean, good-quality paper recommended for inkjet printers.
Avoid damp, wrinkled, or textured paper as it can cause streaking.
Inspect the Ink Cartridges
Open the printer’s ink access door.
Remove the cartridges and check for any dried ink, leaks, or physical damage.
Make sure the cartridges are genuine HP cartridges and not expired.
Manually Clean Printhead Contacts
Power off the printer and unplug it.
Remove the cartridges and gently wipe the copper/gold contacts with a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with distilled water.
Wipe the corresponding contacts inside the printer as well.
Let them dry completely before reinserting.
Run Deeper Cleaning Cycles
On the printer’s control panel, go to Setup → Tools → Printer Maintenance → Clean Printhead.
Repeat the cleaning up to 3 times if necessary, allowing a few minutes between each cycle.
Check for Blocked Nozzles
Print a Print Quality Diagnostic Report (usually under Printer Maintenance → Print Quality Report).
Look for missing lines or uneven patterns in the color blocks.
Persistent gaps may indicate a clogged or failing printhead.
Align the Printhead Again
After cleaning, go to Printer Maintenance → Align Printhead and follow the on-screen instructions.
Inspect for Physical Obstructions
Check inside the printer for any bits of paper, dust, or ink buildup that may be obstructing the print path, especially near the right side.
Clean the paper feed rollers using a lint-free cloth slightly dampened with water.
Try a Different Paper Path Test
If your model supports it, try printing from the rear tray (if available) or use a different type of paper to rule out feed issues.
I hope this helps.
