HP DeskJet 3772 All-in-One Printer

Hello!  I recently paused my insat ink account because for the past 1.5 years I have not been able to use my printer in my home and I've talked to people at HP about canceling my account but it some how always gets turned on.  I get charged but I've never been sent ink for this printer so I'm not even sure why I'm getting charged. When I selected the pause option it said I would not be charged.

I see you need help with the instant ink Query. I would need to know a few details regarding your Instant Ink account to help you with it.

 

Since the instant ink account details are confidential, please send me the required information via private message.  

 

To locate your account, please provide:
1)Your registered email address:
2)Your Instant Ink account ID:
3)Serial number of your printer enrolled in instant ink:
 

In order to access your private messages, click the private message icon on the upper right corner of your HP Support Community profile, next to your profile Name.
