Please Help!
 
On several occasions I have unsuccessfully attempted to cancel my HP Instant Ink subscription service since October 2024.
 
I have utilized the website, chat site, and sent emails that do not seem to go through. As a result, each month I am continually being charged $7.44, which is being paid via Paypal Services. These contested charges are listed below.
 
The computer/printer was disconnected from service last October due to a flooding event in Florida and the printer was destroyed. I went online several times and ended service with HP in October, but HP is still charging me for their monthly service. I then disconnected auto pay services with Paypal but again, somehow HP is still able to charge me monthly.
 
I simply want to cancel this service and have the contested payments outlined below refunded to my credit card.
 
Does anyone have a direct contact number or email address? Thanks.
